What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Your name, phone number, email, login credentials, and authentication tokens.
🗑️
Call Logs
All call event records synced from your device, including call types and timestamps.
🗑️
SMS & WhatsApp Logs
All auto-reply and promotional message delivery records.
🗑️
Settings & Templates
All your service configuration, message templates, and blocked number lists.
🗑️
Session & Device Data
All active sessions, device registrations, and login history.
How Account Deletion Works

Submit Request
Fill out the deletion request form below with your registered phone number to verify your identity.

Verification
We verify your identity by matching the phone number with our records. Your organization admin may be notified.

Processing
Your account will be deactivated immediately. All active sessions on your device(s) will be terminated.

Permanent Deletion
All your data will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days of the request. This action cannot be undone.
Alternative Ways to Delete Your Account
You can also request account deletion through these channels:
- Contact your Organization Admin — If your account is managed by an organization, your admin can delete your account from the management dashboard.
- Email us — Send a deletion request to privacy@autopromix.app with your registered phone number and name.
